What we do when you come in for the quote:

• Inspect your vehicle
• Take photos of the damage
• Discuss any queries
• Advise estimated repair time frame
• Arrange loan car vehicle (if required)

When you bring the car in for repairs:

• If you have requested to hire a loan car we will have the vehicle ready waiting to go
• If you require a taxi we will organise it for you

Once the repairs are complete:

• Your vehicle will be detailed, ready for you to pick it up looking new again
• The manager will take you through the repairs and answer any queries you may have
